All Sales Are Final

Because House of Cha beverages are perishable consumables, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances once an order has shipped.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival. If any cans arrive damaged, leaking, or you receive the wrong flavor or quantity, email admin@thehouseofcha.com within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue and your order number.

If the claim is approved, we will:

  • Ship replacement product or

  • Issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method.

Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery—or without photographic evidence—may not be accepted.

Non‑Returnable / Non‑Refundable Items

  • All House of Cha ready‑to‑drink beverages (including limited‑edition flavors)

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they ship by emailing admin@thehouseofcha.com with your order number. Once an order has left our facility, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or recalled.

European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

Under EU consumer law, sealed food and beverage products that may deteriorate or expire rapidly are exempt from the 14‑day right of withdrawal once shipped. Our beverages therefore do not qualify for this cooling‑off period.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days of confirmation. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, please contact us at admin@thehouseofcha.com.
