House of Cha is powered by Shopify, which enables us to deliver the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy  and No Returns & Refunds Policy , describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use the Services.

  • House of Cha beverages are perishable consumables. We do not warrant that the appearance, flavor, or quality will meet each customer’s expectations.

  • Descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice, and we reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities at any time.

3  –  ORDERS

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. House of Cha reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason.

  • Orders are not accepted until payment is processed and we confirm acceptance via email.

  • All sales are final. Your purchases are subject to our No Returns & Refunds Policy .

  • You represent that purchases are for your personal or household use and not for resale or export.

  • Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, or customs duties unless expressly stated.

House of Cha is powered by Shopify, but all sales are made directly with House of Cha. You expressly release Shopify from any claims arising from your purchases or use of the Services.

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy  and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these policies.

11  –  FEEDBACK

If you submit reviews or suggestions (“Feedback”), you grant House of Cha a perpetual, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, and display that Feedback in any medium.
